We believe travel is for everyone. While our trips are curated for the black community, our doors are open to individuals from all backgrounds who share a love for travel.

How does it work?

- Pay: Pay your deposit to secure your spot & make your monthly payments.
- Emails: Keep an eye on your email for confirmations, updates, payment receipts, etc.
- Enjoy: Meet your new travel crew at the destination, have a good time & enjoy!
Are your trips curated for singles or for couples?
Our trips primarily attract single travelers, but we also welcome couples who want to join. Regardless of your relationship status, our trips are open to all, giving a welcoming and enriching experience for everyone.
Does Black Air Society offer payment plans?
Yes, all of our trips have flexible payment plans to make the process easier for you. Every traveler has to agree to our $100/month minimum payment plan to keep your reservation active, but you are still able to pay in full or at your convenience, as long as the full payment is received before the final due date.
Our goal is to ensure you can focus on anticipating and enjoying your travel experience without unnecessary financial stress.
Do we require the travel payments all at once?
We offer flexible payment options to accommodate your preferences. You have the choice to:
- Pay in Full: Pay the entire trip cost upfront.
- Payment Plan: Opt for a structured installment plan, allowing you to pay over time.
This flexibility ensures that you can select the payment method that best suits your financial planning.
Is it safe to use my banking information on your travel site?
We understand your concerns regarding the security of your banking information. Rest assured, all transactions on our platform are processed through a certified and nationally recognized merchant service provider. Our payment gateway employs advanced encryption and security protocols to protect your sensitive data during transmission. Additionally, we comply with industry standards such as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to ensure the highest level of security for your transactions.

What is the refund policy for cancellations?
We understand that life happens. However, due to our contractual obligations with resorts, vendors, and service providers, we have a strict refund policy:
- Deposits: Non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Cancellations more than 60 days prior to the trip start date: You will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid, excluding your deposit.
- Cancellations within 60 days of the trip start date: No refund will be issued. At this point, all accommodations and services have been paid in full and are non-recoverable.
- No-show Policy: If you do not show up for the trip, no refund will be issued.
- Transfer of Booking: We do not allow name changes or the transfer of bookings to another individual once the deposit has been paid.
Travel Insurance Exception:
If you have travel insurance, you may be eligible for a refund, depending on the specific policy and coverage offered by the insurance provider. This applies whether you purchase insurance through us or independently. However, refunds are not guaranteed and are subject solely to your insurance company’s terms.
If you cancel your trip—even with travel insurance—Black Air Society will retain a $200 total penalty, which includes your nonrefundable deposit. This fee reflects the administrative and planning costs already incurred on your behalf.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
